• 对本应用进行破解、绕过付费/订阅机制、篡改功能或安全机制
• 将本应用用于任何违法用途，或侵害他人合法权益
• 复制、出租、出借、出售、分发本应用或其任何部分，或将其用于商业化运营
订阅与付费（自动续订）
本应用可能提供自动续订订阅（例如月度/年度会员）以解锁部分高级功能。订阅相关规则通常包括但不限于：
• 付款将在确认购买时从您的 Apple ID 账户中扣除
• 订阅将自动续订，除非在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订
• 续订费用会在当前订阅期结束前 24 小时内扣除，并按您所选方案收费
• 您可以在 iOS 系统的订阅管理页面中管理或取消订阅
提示：具体价格、时长、免费试用或优惠信息以应用内购买页面（StoreKit）和 App Store 展示为准，不同地区可能不同。

Overview
Welcome to ShootAI (the "App"). These Terms of Use (EULA) form a legal agreement between you and the App’s developer and govern your download, installation, access, and use of the App. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, the developer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, limited license to download, install, and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions
Unless permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing, you may not:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or algorithms of the App
• Bypass subscription/paywall mechanisms or tamper with security features
• Use the App for unlawful purposes or infringe the rights of others
• Copy, rent, lease, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or any part of it
Subscriptions & Payments (Auto-Renewable)
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g., monthly/yearly membership) to unlock premium features. Subscription rules typically include:
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal charges may occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the selected plan’s price
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings

Training records, statistics, and AI analysis results provided by the App are for reference only and do not constitute professional sports or medical advice. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the App.

We may update these terms from time to time due to product changes, legal requirements, or business needs. Updated terms will be published on this page or in-app and take effect on the stated effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
