• 提供登录、身份识别、账号状态维护等基础功能
• 提供投篮分析、动作分析、数据统计、排行榜、视频导入导出等核心功能
• 保存您的设置偏好与本地使用记录,提升连续使用体验
• 处理会员订阅、恢复购买与权益校验
• 响应您的帮助与反馈请求,排查故障、改进产品体验
• 进行必要的安全保障、异常检测与服务维护
我们不会将您的个人信息出售给第三方,也不会将您的信息用于跨应用追踪或广告定向投放。
权限说明
为实现相关功能,本应用可能会申请以下系统权限:
• 相册读取权限:用于导入本地视频进行分析
• 相册写入权限:用于保存导出的视频或图片
• 相机权限:用于拍摄或采集训练视频(如您使用相关功能)
您可以拒绝或在系统设置中关闭相关权限,但这可能导致对应功能无法正常使用。未经您的授权,我们不会访问不必要的权限。
数据存储、传输与安全
• 您的登录凭证、账户标识等敏感信息会优先存储在设备钥匙串等较安全的本地存储区域
• 视频片段、导出内容、部分分析结果与缓存主要保存在您的设备本地
• 投篮统计、排行榜相关资料、反馈内容、联系方式、设备标识及您主动提交的相关信息,可能上传至我们的云端服务,用于实现排行榜、数据同步、反馈处理等功能
• 网络传输过程中,我们会采取合理措施保护数据安全;但互联网传输无法保证绝对安全,请您理解
• 我们会采取访问控制、最小必要、权限隔离等合理安全措施保护您的信息
第三方服务说明
为实现部分功能,本应用可能接入以下第三方服务或平台能力:
• Apple 登录:用于账号登录与身份识别
• 微信云开发/腾讯云相关服务:用于云函数调用、排行榜、统计数据处理与反馈提交

您对个人信息的管理权利
您通常可以通过以下方式管理您的信息:
1. 修改昵称、地区信息或相关设置
2. 关闭相册、相机等系统权限
3. 退出登录,清除当前设备上的账户信息
4. 在“我的”页面使用“删除账号”功能,发起删除当前账号及关联云端数据
5. 删除应用,以清除大部分本地存储内容
6. 在“使用 Apple 登录”的系统设置中停止向本应用提供 Apple 账号登录
7. 通过应用内“帮助与反馈”联系我们,申请查询、更正、删除相关云端数据
我们会在核实您的身份后,于合理期限内处理您的请求;但在法律法规要求保留相关信息的情况下,我们可能无法立即删除全部数据。
未成年人保护
如果您是未满 14 周岁的未成年人,请在监护人陪同下阅读并决定是否同意本政策,并在监护人同意后使用本应用。监护人应指导未成年人正确使用本应用并保护其个人信息。

Welcome to ShootAI ("the App"). We take your personal information and privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use the App, and how you can manage that information.
Please read this policy carefully before using the App. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the terms that apply to you.
Information we collect
1. Account and identity information
When you use Sign in with Apple, we may collect:
• Account identifiers such as your Apple user identifier
• Nickname or name
• Email address, only when Apple provides it during initial authorization
• Sign-in method, first sign-in time, and recent sign-in time
2. Training and usage data
When you use recording, analysis, statistics, and leaderboard features, we may collect:
• Shot records and statistical data such as makes, misses, shot type, accuracy, and total attempts
• Player names or nicknames you create
• App settings and preferences
• Membership status, expiration date, and restore-purchase results
3. Help and feedback information
When you use Help & Feedback, we may collect:
• Feedback content you submit
• Contact details you provide, such as email or phone number
• App logs you choose to include
4. Device and log information
To maintain service availability and investigate issues, we may collect:
• Device identifiers created or read on the device
• App version, device model, and OS version
• Necessary request parameters related to feedback, leaderboards, and stat sync
5. Media and Photos information
• Videos, exported clips, and screenshots you import for analysis are mainly stored locally on your device
• To support import and save features, the App may access video resources in Photos after you grant permission
6. Region information
• Province, city, and district information you submit for regional leaderboard grouping and display
How we use information
We use the information above primarily to:
• Provide core account features such as sign-in, identity recognition, and account status maintenance
• Deliver key features such as shot analysis, motion analysis, stats, leaderboards, and video import/export
• Save your preferences and local usage records to improve continuity
• Process memberships, purchase restoration, and entitlement validation
• Respond to help and feedback requests, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product
• Support security protections, anomaly detection, and service maintenance
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, nor do we use it for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.
Permissions
The App may request the following system permissions:
• Photos read access, to import local videos for analysis
• Photos write access, to save exported videos or images
• Camera access, to record training videos when you use those features
You may deny or later disable these permissions in system settings, but some features may stop working properly. We do not access unnecessary permissions without your authorization.
Storage, transfer, and security
• Sensitive information such as login credentials and account identifiers is stored locally in more secure areas such as the Keychain when possible
• Video clips, exported content, some analysis results, and caches are mainly stored locally on your device
• Shot statistics, leaderboard-related information, feedback, contact details, device identifiers, and other information you submit may be uploaded to our cloud services to support leaderboards, sync, and feedback handling
• We take reasonable measures to protect data during transmission, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure
• We use reasonable safeguards such as access control, least-privilege design, and permission isolation to protect your information
Third-party services
To provide some features, the App may rely on the following third-party services or platform capabilities:
• Sign in with Apple, for account login and identity verification
• WeChat Cloud / Tencent Cloud related services, for cloud functions, leaderboards, stat processing, and feedback submission
• Apple StoreKit, for subscription purchases, restore purchases, and membership validation
These third-party services may process necessary information under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing those privacy policies as well.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information except in the following cases:
• When reasonably necessary to provide the App's core functions through technical service providers
• When required by law, regulation, regulators, courts, or administrative authorities
• When necessary to protect your safety, the App, other users, or the public
If a merger, split, or asset transfer causes information to be transferred, we will require the receiving party to continue honoring applicable privacy obligations where required by law.
Data retention
• Local cache, video clips, and exported content usually remain on your device until you delete them, clear cache, or uninstall the App
• Uploaded shot statistics, leaderboard data, and feedback are retained for as long as needed to fulfill the relevant business purpose unless a longer period is required by law
• After the retention period expires or after you submit a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize relevant information within a reasonable time
Your rights and controls
You can generally manage your information in the following ways:
1. Update your nickname, region information, or related settings
2. Disable system permissions such as Photos or Camera
3. Sign out and clear account information from the current device
4. Use Delete Account on the Profile page to request deletion of the current account and related cloud data
5. Delete the App to remove most local stored content
6. Stop using Sign in with Apple for the App in Apple's system settings
7. Contact us through in-app Help & Feedback to request access, correction, or deletion of related cloud data
We will process requests within a reasonable time after verifying your identity, though we may be unable to delete all information immediately when retention is required by law.
Children's privacy
If you are under 14 years old, please review this policy with a parent or legal guardian and use the App only with their consent. Guardians should guide minors in proper use of the App and protection of personal information.
Policy updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time based on product features, legal requirements, or business changes. Updated versions will be published in the App and take effect on the stated effective date. We will provide appropriate notice for material changes.
